If you’re shipping an important package across the eastern United States you can expect for it to sit here for at the very least 24-48 hours. Still better than fed ex I guess. ??♀️

If I could do zero stars I would. But this place is so atrocious, important packages go missing, delayed, or destroyed beyond any point of recognition, and any attempt to call and complain is met with rude employees blaming us for the aftermath of the packages quality.

My package moved from Texas to Oregon and then to here where it has stayed for over a week. I'm damn near tempted to make the 20 hour round trip given these incompetent buffoons can't seem to move a box into a truck.

Worst UPS ever! They lost 2 of my packages within 3 weeks. Something is going on at the UPS hub in Hodgkins, IL; too many packages are coming up missing!!!

I was fired her for getting ice for my water. I almost had a heat stroke the day before. The trailers get really hot in the summer time. Ups doesn’t supply gloves and makes you but your own. My heart goes out to anyone who works here. Management truly doesn’t care. They also probably have never cleaned their warehouse in 20 years.

Idk how it's possible for every single package that routes through here to be delayed or lost, but here we are. Another package moving through this facility, another 8 DAY delay in any updates. Assuming this location has lost my stuff AGAIN.

Absolutely worthless people work here.. associated with the worst delivery service in the country UPS should be shut down and stop wasting people’s time and money.. you’re whole purpose as a company is to deliver packages and you can’t even do that!.. Pathetic

The THEIVES working at this facility stole an expensive package of mine, as this is the last place the tracking showed. An identical package also mailed, but of low value, did actually make it to its destination. I am calling lawyers.

How does a package sit here for OVER 24 hours and not move? It’s a week day, Monday and Tuesday now, no holidays around, no bad weather. Especially when it’s one hour away from the destination place, which is Westville. It could have easily be in transit to Westville by now and delivered to my house. This place needs looked at because whatever is going on here isn’t right for the customers that have lost items here and lost money that we all work hard for. Hodgkin Illinois ups sounds like the pit to hell.
