Gas lines were ridiculous! 4 pumps out of order. Store is unorganized. Many isles still under development. I will be going to a different Sam’s Club next time.

As a long time Sams member, I’ve NEVER seen so many flies around the cafe area, it was disgusting. You couldn’t even grab a straw or lid because they fly up from the floor! And this is why I’m giving it a 1 star.

Nobody answers the phone. Past 2 days, kept calling when eventually it stopped working bc it had been ringing for so long. I had to recall, did it for over an hour both days, yet not a single person can hear their phones ringing ???

My family and I have been loyal members of Sams Club for as long as I've known. I recently got my phone stolen from Sams Club by an employee and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the "help" I was given in finding the employee that stole my phone. Nicholas, a worker at Sams Club who seemed helpful at first, ended up being absurdly dismissive of my situation and didn't care to help find the employee that stole my phone even though I have an address on Find My iPhone that it is tracking to - all he really had to do was match the address to an overnight employee that was working that night... I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company's standards. I thought a company this large would have had higher standards when it came to helping their members, especially when they have been members for 20+ years.

I was about to start pumping gas when the hose unhooked and hit my car. I spoke to a manager but they wrote it off and claimed I yanked the hose when I didn't. Now there's a dent in my car and no help from Sam's club. I feel like I got screwed here since it's not worth it to file a claim since it will cost me more and raise my insurance.

Sam’s is a place where you enter, and never know what you will be walking out with. They have incredible prices especially with inflation in current effect. Gas prices are always ideal. Always have new items every visit. Thanks for always putting a smile on my face when shopping. Staff is friendly and attentive. Store is always clean. I prefer this location than the rest.

Grace at membership counter Liz sales associate on floor and I think her name was Angela that checked me out at register....and lady at cologne counter were all OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDERS. I have never been treated so well ever in any store by so many people. They seemed to love their jobs and were so very helpful. Even lady that checked me out at exit was fantastic. I'll be back and just bought a new membership yesterday. Management should know this. Thank you everybody for making my Sam's club experience so outstanding!

The cafe part just opened and all the tables are dirty that's ridiculous obviously there not cleaning when they close and the manager isn't checking. I couldn't take pictures of other tables because people say at them.

Some good prices on sale items. When you buy in bulk you kinda have to know your prices. Great store we have been members at least 15 years
