Love, love, love, Ross dress for less. Sometimes, while finishing my breakfast sitting in parking lot, I watch shoppers leaving Ross with no bags.....I say Lord, let that be me. I come out with big bags full of Amazing deals all the time, big smile on my face.

They have 2 dressing rooms areas but only 1 is open with 2 stalls and the wait was long. They also have washrooms with 3 stalls but it needs a code to get in, the workers are not wearing a badge to identify who works here and upon asking for it to be open after having to go to the Cashiers they still.took forever. I asked one of the employees if she can open and she said she was not on the clock and didn't get paid for that. This store is ridiculous.

Omg. It was harder to get inside than TSA at the airport -- basically, everyone in your party has to enter a roped off section, then you wait -- ostensibly to control the number of shoppers but while the guard comes over and gives you a good looking over ... you just wait until he is done, then he lets you go in (no actial crowd control -- no one left before he actually let us in)... and the store itself was not only a mess, but had lots of empty shelves ... made you wonder what had happened there in the hour prior to your arrival -- it literally felt like you were entering a crime scene... and makes you way too uneasy to want to browse or spend money ... seriously, you find yourself checking clothes for blood splatters.Instead of lining up to check out, customers actually stood in line to complain to the manager about how uncomfortable they were made to feel shopping here .... we (a mixed racial group) were told it was crowd control for security .. We listened to one manager explain to a family that it was due to covid (yeah -- no signs, no masks, no sanitizer, no nothing to indicate a concern about health or Covid) ... and later we listened to another African-Ametican grandmother explain to the manager how inappropriate the intense security was especially in a minority neighborhood and impacting her young granddaughter -- the manager was adamant that this is how it is at ALL Ross Stores in Illinois -- no, it actually is not -- not even in Chicago, not even during Covid. There is just something wrong going on at this location ??♂️. (We live in Uptown not far from a different Ross and have NEVER seen ANYTHING like this before!)We did not buy anything -- but did talk about the creepy "Murder Ross" all the way home.By the way, Sams Club, Target, and Burger King were totally normal and welcoming during this trip -- so whatever was going on was just a Ross thing ??♂️??#rossstores #samsclub #target #burgerking #cicero

I went to many different clothing stores today. Ross was the best one by far. Can't beat the quality, prices, and something for everybody. Love this store.
