Negative 5 stars! This Walmart(supercenter #1892)is not operating in a legal matter. To start with they have advertised prices online (at Walmart.com) that do not ring up in store at the advertised price and then the clerk will tell you that "they cannot price match" as the store manager does not allow it. It's not price matching if the store's website lists a price, that should be the price! This is called false advertisement or bait and switch which is completely illegal. If your website says an item is one price then honor that price and quit trying to rip off your customers. Secondly, since the price was apparently "online only" even though online it said it was the "in store" price. I decided to place the order via the Walmart app. I was ordering two of the particular item I was trying to purchase in store for the low price shown online. So I placed the order for a quantity of two. The order was processed and I received an email claiming that only one of the items were available so that I would only be receiving one of the two I ordered. Now I knew this was not true as I was just in the store and saw more than 10 of them on the shelf. So I decided to place yet another online order for another one of the items and the order went through and I was able to pick up both of the items from the two different orders. So obviously when I received an email claiming that one of the items was not available it was a false claim. Meaning that now the store is falsifying inventory numbers which is also completely illegal. I'm not sure who is running this store but they will need to be looked at a LOT closer as they are not operating in a moral or legal manner. I would hope that corporate headquarters will do something about these types of activities at supercenter # 1892

On Friday, September 5, 2021 at 12:11 PM, I was looking for a product to keep my bars of soap from melting. I stopped a young man named Israel and asked if he knew where it would be. I told him it was hanging on the end of an aisle on a dangling display rack. He told me he never heard of it and said it's possible it was not reordered. I thanked him and continued shopping. When I was at the checkout, Israel came looking for me saying he found it. The product is called Soap Saver. I was so surprised to see him because I thought he really wasn't paying attention to what I was asking. It's very rare that you find a sales person who actually follows through on your request or a question. I just wanted this young man to know I really appreciated what he did and the time he took to do it. There are too many people not caring about their jobs anymore, but this young man went over and above, I'm sure, of what he needed to do. It wasn't a big product and I'm sure it was hard to find but I appreciate it immensely. Thank you again Israel.

Always take a photo of Rollback prices for the cashier so you don't have to wait on a price check. It rang up$12.98 and I showed the cashier the photo. She only saw the $12.98 in the photo. I asked her to look at the LARGE ROLLBACK price. Saves time if you have a photo.

This place is open for 24 hours from Monday to Sunday. Buying some goods in the middle of the night to avoid the early morning rush is not a problem. If you are far from Walmart, you can request your items to be delivered, and their delivery services are crazy fast. Loyal and new customers are greeted with a warm welcome by the employee of the store. Thanks you for the low prices on quiality merchandise!

12.1.2020 I tried the pickup option for this store for a black Friday pickup first they gave me crap about downloading their app then I waited another 10 minutes to be directed to another part of the parking lot just to sit there another 25 minutes without any one bringing out a frigging video game. I just cancelled the crap.

Be aware of this location this walmart supercenter currently is not following covid-19 guidelines & are letting employees work sick & without a mask. I have been here plenty of times & since then nothing has changed in many cases you can closely see employees congregating in close contact without masks. Many of them have been showing covid-19 symptoms & have still been allowed to work which puts others & most importantly customers at risk from being exposed to the virus. So I urge those who frequently shop at this walmart location or any other to carefully choose where you shop Do at your own risk just be aware that you may be exposed to the virus if you come to this location.

We have been using curbside pickup for our groceries for months now, since we cannot shop in stores (we are at high risk for Covid19). Despite a few missing items on some of our orders, we were glad to have a way to get our necessities without exposure. BUT NOW, when I went online to prepare our next order, the items we have been ordering are now only available "in store." Why???

Last year I went to customer service to show my receipt of items I accidentally left in the store and i got to replace it and gave it to one of the cashier dude (some guy with dyed hair) and I asked a simple question and he gave me attitude? It was just a question no need to be rude.

Saturday store already open at 7:00 am. I got inline to enter the store to send money. Customer service desk is open at 10:00 am. What a waste of time. Why is a problem taking care customer at 8:00 am or so. In this case they are better off close the desk and fire desk workers go unemployment. No help at all.

There are NO cashiers! The line to check out is down and around the aisles. It's a long wait. I've never seen it this bad at a Walmart. My friend shopped here last week and waited an hour in line! Otherwise fine - your typical Walmart.

I used the delivery service from the Walmart in Dari in Illinois. Ordered onliNe and it was very easy and had a great selection of groceries! Ordered at 11am and first delivery time was between 4-5 pm. Which was fine... kept me updated through texts on when they would arrive. Which was nice! Spent $7.95 for delivery came from door dAsh, groceries smelled like smoke from driver smoking!! Did not appreciate that

I shop at this Walmart often because the groceries are cheaper than other stores like Jewel. However the employees always clog up the isles and today was no different,(see picture) 2 employees stocking in the same isle and not cleaning up after themselves. Another issue is long lines to check out, need more cashiers working.

Never enough cashiers, super small isles, nothing is ever in stock are a few negatives on the long list of bad things about this walmart. The parking lot is pure chaos but that seems to be typical at most Walmart stores.

Every single time I come here there's an issue when it comes to check out in lawn and garden. The lines up from are ridiculous and the lines back in L&G are even worse. They only ever have One maaaaaybe two cashiers. Get more people to assist the customers because they get heated
