Came by today my sons nintendo switch controller got messed up I have insurance on it but I lost my receipt Zachary was able look it up thru my phone ans helped me with finding new game for my boy. Thank you for your great customer service. Ps your store is the cleanest I've been to

I tried to order pokemon cards 7/10/23 and it wasn't a small purchase it was around 780$ I paid with my debit card and thought everything was good. Months later I found out the purchase wasn't going to be worth it and tried to get a refund only to be told that my purchase were made by a store gift card when I clearly have proof on my bank statements. I was told I'd get a call back to fix this issue and even corporate is giving me the go around. The manager Garrett from another location was helping me around 12:36 on register 2. My bank told me it's sounding like they used my money for gift cards because some companies offer employees more money when they buy gift cards and that this person probably pocketed the rest for personal gain. Being told by gamestop that the only way they can refund me is by digital gift card. Please don't waste your time at this location it's shady and you'll probably have the same issue as me when you want a refund.

The customer service has greatly improved from several years ago when I was there. The clerk was so patient and respectful of the customer before me, with a long story and confusing questions being asked, handled it with care and professionalism. Well done whomever is doing the hiring now.

Do not purchase from here. I bought a brand new game from here asked if it was returnable because I wasn't sure if it was the right game and was told by Hunter that it was returnable until January 15th. Well come to find out that a brand new copy that was the last one they have is a final sale. Well needless to say it was the wrong game now I am stuck with a game my kids don't want and I can't return. Or trade it in cause guess what they are not taking trades on the game. My husband just recently lost his job so 60 dollars is a big deal to us. I will never go to another gamestop. DO better game stop. A new game is a new game and should be returnable if your store opened the game that's not my fault. I asked 3 times to make sure it was returnable because I wasn't sure if it was the right game.

Ordered online on a Saturday was delivered to my house by a doordash person on Sunday. Pretty crazy. Also 50% off magic the gathering cards is a killer deal.

How does someone leave a 5 Star review when they return their purchased item in less than 45 minutes? Fantastic customer service. I bought a refurbished Xbox One X and protection plan. Unfortunately the Xbox had a bad HDMI port (checked cable and TV with known working components). I was thinking while driving back to the store...Did I just cash in my protection plan on walking out of the store with a faulty unit? I was curious how they would approach this, so I walked in and spoke with the same associate who sold it to me and said "Bad news, it has a faulty HDMI port." The associate's response earned a 5 star review from me. He apologized, swapped out the unit....(and this is THE BEST PART)... said of course he'd move the protection plan over to the new system. He did this on his own initiative and with zero prompting on my side. John deserves recognition for directly handling a tough situation and making it a great one. He made an excellent pitch for the newest XBOX, but when I said no I was just looking to get a refurbished system he didn't cross that line that shoppers have when they walk-in knowing exactly what they want. I was a GameStop customer for years until some experiences led me to buy games at the big box stores or other game stores. This was my first time back to a GameStop in years. Was it perfect, no. But it was hands down one of the Best Customer Service experiences I've ever had. Thanks John!
