“I am a coin collector, so when I get boxes of coins from other banks, I obviously have a LOT of excess coins to go back into circulation. I almost always come here to dump of my coins in a FREE COIN COUNTER! This is HUGE. In all of the other banks around, I have to customer wrap the coins. “Couldn't find a listing for the branch in Naperville, so posting here. The one I visited is on Washington Street near Trader Joe's. I needed to do some banking. The old fashioned kind where you need to speak with an actual person, not an ATM. I popped into Busey and was greeted by a teller named Karyn Ross. She was awesome! Helped me with what I needed (thanks again Karyn!) and then gave me a gentle sales pitch about their bank. It's a new Midwest bank, and it felt very much like the kind of place you'd get good service like we did before the mega banks took over. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, otherwise Busey would have had a new customer! I recommend them!”
