I usually shop at Oreilly because they have always treated me great. But they did not have the part I needed so I went to autozone, I walked in at around 8:30pm on September 20th, and wasn’t welcomed by a hello or anything because no one was at the front. I waited a couple minutes and still nobody came to the front to help me. Finally when someone came up, I gave him a part number but he still asked for the cars information. and the guy just had no emotion and it seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I will continue shopping at Oreilly because they treat me better and I won’t come back to autozone again.

Tried to sell me a more expensive part and didn't even mention there were various options. Arrogantly asking me questions like he has it memorized when he's just reading off his screen. Printed a paper to get the part, but then said can you move over I am going to help the person behind you 1st before finishing helping you. He didn't do that the 10 plus minutes we waited to be helped, he kept helping the people before us and checked them out before moving on to the next customers. Also had a very inexperienced coworker who was checking out a commercial account, instead of switching and checking out that guy he kept going back and forth between his customer and the one his coworker couldn't help which made the wait over 10 mins. The guy was rushing when there was an hour before closing. Thinks he could do everthing, but doesn't do much more than not wanting to make you return.
