I am thrilled to share my incredible experience at this salon/spa! Alison crafted a flawless perm, exceeding my expectations!! Her kindness and warmth made me feel so welcome. I must thank the manager, who went above and beyond to make up for my disappointing Mother's Day at their sister store in Naperville. She offered me complimentary products and a pedicure, showering me with apologies. My nail artist Olga was a ray of sunshine - a sweet and caring woman who made my pedicure absolutely gorgeous and showered me with hugs. I felt so pampered and cared for, leaving me feeling blessed and special. I can't wait to return to this amazing location, filled with these inspiring women!

Surprisingly bad - after all the reviews and personal experiences from friends, I expected a WAY above-average experience. Instead I got an extremely lackluster blowout. While the stylist was nice, I was paying for skill and expertise, was clear about what I expected, and ended up with just what my hair naturally does. I went elsewhere afterward in the end to get what I needed, which is especially sad given the price. I'm a local and will never return or recommend!

Stephanie at Zazú is a skincare magician! Today, she introduced me to the world of facials, and let me tell you, it was like discovering the fountain of youth while simultaneously being wrapped in a cloud of relaxation. As a new mom, I can confirm that the tear of joy that rolled down my face was not only because of the heavenly treatment but also because I finally found a moment of peace amidst the chaos. Trust me, folks, if you want to experience pure bliss, book an appointment with Stephanie pronto. Zazú, you’ve got a gem in her! Thank you for the facial magic and the unexpected emotional journey! I left feeling like a goddess and looking like a glazed donut (in the BEST way possible).
I ALSO want to say, when you go and as you’re leaving, they have their own brand of Vitamin E lip balm. CHEFS KISS!!! BUY IT!

I had the most amazing experience with Stephanie as my esthetician. The basic facial was anything but basic. Stephanie took the time to listen to my skin concerns and personalize the facial to my skin type. For every product she applied, she explained in detail and asked me how I was feeling to ensure the products agreed with my skin type.
After my facial, Stephanie not only recommended products but also helped me pick them out. My skin has never felt better since using these products. I highly recommend Stephanie, and can not wait to return to Zazu for another appointment soon!

Kia is a skilled nail technician like none other. Her sense of color is very sophisticated. Her proportion of shape and condition is very excellent.Because of Kia, I am committed to making sure this somewhat costly mani/pedi service is in my budget.

Kia at Zazu Hinsdale is the absolute best there is! I was referred to her because of her amazing reflexology skills and I was not sure if she was going to live up to all the wonderful things I heard about her. Much to my delight (and that of my feet), not only did she do so, but also she very much exceeded my expectations. Her ability to identify and soothe my aching feet (I am a marathon runner) was astounding. Needless to say, I've already been back, and am already looking forward to seeing Kia again when both I, and my feet, need a break! Thank you, Kia, and Zazu Hinsdale!
