She left the cash register as we were sitting in line, close it up like we were nothing! We left those thank you I’m not shopping here anymore! She doesn’t go out of her lazy way for anyone

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!One of the pharmacist assistants did not come to the window for an hour acknowledged we were there but proceeding to not tell us anything when she finally comes to the window she acts irritated. When putting the medication in the box I simply stepped out of my car because i was too close and i was rudely told to get back into my car after explaining myself i was rudely told once again to get back into my vehicle I will be talking to manager tomorrow about this incident please avoid at all costs go to the willowbrook location Better customer service there.

Generally this pharmacy is excellent and the staff is caring and helpful. Anthony Chan is horrible. Rude, uncaring, unhelpful and lazy. I will continue using this pharmacy, but I will stay away from him. I hope management speaks to him.

This is my go to pharmacy, refill prescriptions are usually filled in a day. This location is clean and well stocked. Very rarely are there any issues with prescriptions

Pharmacist does not want to help with OTC questions. Said what I was looking for was in “that isle” and I would have to just look for it and it maybe discontinued. Worst Walgreens yet

I feel like reviewers are being kind of unfair, but I cant deny them their own experiences. I've had great experiences, myself, and the pharmacist is nice and efficient. Five stars.

They remodeled a while ago but still looks new. Also a good place for snacks, drinks, and other small stuff.

This was our new pharmacy. Have had trouble getting scripts filled same day. Recently texted us letting us know a script was full, only partially full. Additionally, had some issues with them honoring a coupon on a partial script (hello, this was my pharmacy with several scripts filled, I will be back tomorrow to pay). Walgreen's hotline / call center isn't doing this store any favors either, as they have conflicting messages on how coupons should be honored. Wish CVS was closer, despite the longer drive I will be taking my business there, as timing & availability are very important issue when it comes to important medicines. Hope my issues are isolated and that everyone else is getting their scripts filling quickly and completely.

Pharmacy always has issues including not updating you on delays etc. which results in lots of wasted time. May not be specific to this Walgreens but still annoying to deal with every time.

If you are sick, in a hurry or simply do not have 12 hours to wait for the incompetent people in this pharmacy to fill the simplest of prescriptions go anywhere else!

i have been filling a certain script at this location monthly and i always run into trouble. i have to actually go into the pharmacy to see if they have the medication i need because they won't share the info over the phone due to its drug schedule. the staff is fine, but whoever does the ordering continues to disappoint me. i will not be filling at this location anymore.
