Jeremy is a top notch Verison representative willing to help out an entire family. Multitasking and getting everything done, answering all your questions, and taking care of all your needs. I just switched from another carrier and we are very happy with the plan we got. I would recommend all of my friends and family to go to this store specifically with Jeremy.

Friendly enthusiastic greeting from Armando. He clearly answered all my questions and politely presented my options re a new upgraded phone. While my new phone was being prepared I also had very positive help from Jeremy and from Matt. What a great team you have at the downtown Hinsdale Verizon store! This is now my go to stop when I need to talk to Verizon about products or about service.

Placed an order for a mobile phone upgrade, and it stated the phone was in-stock at the Hindsdale store. Received an email confirmation for the purchase with order and confirmation number. The email said it might take 2 hours to prepare the order, and they'll send another notice when the order's ready for pickup.
After 5 hours I still hadn't received a notice, so I called the store. Gave a young lady my name twice to check on my order. First she asks me if I ordered an internet box. Then she says they never received the order, and that the order had been closed out (why would it be closed out?). Then she tells me to call Verizon customer service to straighten this out. I said no, I've got a receipt for the order with an order number, confirmation number and everything.
Then a guy gets on the phone and says its not in their system, and I'll have to cancel the order and place a new order. Really! I told him they said the phone was in-stock. He says the problem is inventory and I need to call verizon customer service to clear this up. Obviously so, because I wasn't going to get good customer service, or not much at all from these two staff members at the store. They didn't apologize or take any responsibility for the screw-up.
This is the 2nd time this has happened at a verizon store. Incompetence and poor customer service. Perhaps I'll switch to
T-Mobile.
I gave 2 stars but its really 1.5.
