The two gentlemen who use to work here were awesome. Two ladies there today were unhelpful, irritated that I asked a question and rude. Very disappointed.

It depends which agent you get determines the quality of service. Most agents are somewhat non verbal, ie rude. The only agent i like is Chris, the man in leftmost window.

I came to this location because it was convenient for me since I had an appointment close by. I will never go back to this post office again. I made an appointment online for a passport for my child. I wasn't sure if it would be more convenient to pay in cash so I sent my husband to take out cash just in case. I got in line because you never know how long each customer will take at the window. I let two people go ahead of me and the US postal employee Buzz said "If you are not ready because you are waiting for your husband get out of the line." I said, "I am here to submit a passport application." He said "Get out of the line!" Still standing in line I said "I have an appointment!" He said "Get out of line!" so I pushed my stroller to the side, as he started to take care of the customer I let ahead of me, my husband walked in. I felt so belittled. The line was huge and I didn't want to miss my other appointment. When Buzz was done with the customer I told him "I am ready can you take care of me?" I placed my documents on the table and he said "Where are all your copies, you are not ready, can't you read here it says to bring photocopies with you as part of your application!" I said "I've submitted applications for passports before and the copies needed have been taken here." He said "No! We don't make copies, you can go to UPS and make your copies there! and Where are your pictures!!!" I said, "I am going to pay for you to take them!" He said, "No, we don't take infant pictures." I said, "It says here you to passport pictures." He responded, "We are not equipped to take infant pictures!!!" I informed him, "I will put a white cover over the car seat and you just have to take her picture!" He said, "No, we are not equipped to take infant pictures! You can go to Walgreens and take the pictures there!"

This is the best post office and I even drive out of my way a little bit just to come here. They're open JUST long enough after work hours (open until 6pm on weekdays!) so i can get my small etsy business orders out after my full time job. They always scan my packages without hesitation and with a smile, too! I'll never go to another post office again (and i've tried many over the years: Willow Springs, Bolingbrook, Westmont, Willowbrook, Oak Brook...) The workers are friendly, efficient, and never close a minute earlier than closing time. Thank you!
