“A rear passenger tire decided to take its own life. We were on the expressway near Ogden Avenue. We exited on Ogden looking for a place to change our tire. In the meantime, my wife looked for a tire shop nearby. It just happens that within 150 feet of where we stopped was your Firestone Location. We pulled in and were greeted promptly by Risa. We told of our situation. She inspected our tires and indicated they were in need of being replaced. These were the original tires and had over 50,000 miles on them.
