Dr. John is thorough and friendly. Chris is quite an asset to this office. He is very helpful, very friendly and excellent at customer service. Love my glasses!

Glasses were ordered in August 2023 and had requested a tint to them. Have gone back several times to get the color of the tint to what I had asked for and each time the tint was too light the last request was made to just go up one number on the tint. Went yesterday (November 3, 2023 ) 4 months later to pick them and the lenses were tinted black!!!! This is more than going up 1 number on the tint. When I walked in the Optician just turned the other way and pretended not to see me and did not help me. Caroline was not helpful at all. I asked why they can't get it right and her response was "I don't know". Lot of money was spent on the lenses and frames for you not to get them tinted right is totally unacceptable as is the attitude with the staff, they are not customer oriented. The only nice person at this location was the eye doctor himself, he is very pleasant, friendly and customer oriented. Very, very disappointed with the service I received and will not recommend MyEyeDr. to anyone. 4 months is a long time to get a pair of glasses made, it was very frustrating, in addition all the time going back and forth for the glasses to continually be wrong and no one taking the initiative to make it right, not even an apology. I asked to have my name removed from your mailing/contact list I do not want to receive any text/reminders from your office, I will not be returning to MyEyeDr. I will be looking for another place to have the glasses done correctly.This review was written on behalf of a disappointed and previous customer, Agustin Ortega.

I’ve been using MyEyeDr for quite awhile and I absolutely love them. Great selection and great staff. I usually work with Chris and he is awesome with helping find the best pair to fit your facial structure. MyEyeDr prices are kind of on the expensive side but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

My experience was not the best couple years ago but Caroline, is very kind and polite; she help us with my son glasses and made sure that they fit perfectly! I highly recommend this location. She made it all better, great staff! ☺️

I went to this place back in April to get my glasses, first off they got my prescription wrong 4 times!! I kept going back with that issue, all I use on my lens are the cloths that they provide with the cleaner my lenses are scratched up so bad!! So I called Monday about the issue and the lady said they would call me back the next day which they didn’t I just called them back today, also I purchased glass lenses and they gave me plastic lenses!!! plus I ALWAYS purchase a warranty on my glasses just in case and the lady is claiming I didn’t and I know I did because I remember telling her that I may need it! So long story short….I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I RATHER DRIVE AND PAY A TOLL AND GO OUT IN LANSING IL BEFORE I RETURN THERE!!!NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I'm not sure if the store understands how serious it is to send their patients' personal health info to the wrong people - I called to get a copy of my RX and I was sent 2 other patients' RXs that were saved in my file. They read the RX numbers to me before emailing me and the numbers sounded way off. The title of the pdf was the name of yet a 3rd patient. I called back and they were very nonchalant about the error and just said they'd email me my RX again without the other patients RXs attached. No harm done but not really an error you want to be making with patients' health info.

This office has cancelled on me three times. The latest time I showed up and they said they called and left a message but no record of it on my phone. I also receive robocalls from them frequently. I'm finding another eye care physician.

I like the selection of lenses you have. There are two girls who speak Spanish in the office and they are very friendly. The Dr does not speak Spanish but he does try to understand and help.

5 star location without a doubt with incredible doctors, management, and staff. The level of customer service, expertise, and care displayed during my visit was unparalleled by both Caroline and Chris! They were both rockstars. So helpful and patient. I recommend this store to everyone I know! It's the best around!
