It is not often you run into young customer service reps in retail that are as switched on as these two. They are truly a credit to the company. They deserve raises!! I was given options, the explanations were clear and concise and honest. The additional battery replacement I was offered was also at a discount since I was there to have the earpiece speaker replaced or cleaned. It turned out a cleaning was all it needed. That kept the price down. In less than 24 hours I referred two people. He patiently answered all of our questions and explained everything in detail. We left happy. Customer Service is alive and well here. The phones were returned to the store and everything was reversed.Emmanuel stepped outside and personally apologized to my grandmother. He was a really nice guy.Sierra tried to explain what they were essentially trying to do and apologized.Thank you all for correcting the error and doing the right thing.BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!! My grandparents went to this store location and upgraded their phones. But what doesn’t make any sense is the fact the store associates are taking advantage of the elderly. In the midst of my grandparents upgrading their phones, they were told they needed to add two additional phone lines for their phone bill to decrease…. THAT’S A LIE!! If the associates were correctly looking at their phone bill, they would have realized they were already receiving a discount. Now because it’s past the 14 day return policy the associates refused to take the phones back. I really feel they took advantage of my grandparents because they are elderly.The store associate that helped my grandparents named was Emmanuel and Sierra.Also, I believe Sierra called her manager when I was about to contact him to inform him that I was about to call him. I’m still waiting on a return phone call. His name is Matthew Smith.They wouldn’t want this to happen to their family members.”
“My daughter's switch lite stopped charging. I'm so glad that I found Game Time Repair in my Google search for places to take it to be repaired. I took it in on Wednesday and by Saturday I was able to pick it up. You can also check the status of the order with a QR code. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs an electronic repair. They were professional, welcoming, and explained everything when it came to repairs. A very satisfied customer ?”
