Staff claimed that LabCorp cannot see a lab order that LabCorp itself has generated. Upon presenting a digital copy of their own lab order, the story changed and now they needed it in paper form only. Beware, lest you waste your time.Monopoly on corporate medical screening services breeds stagnation, laziness and ineptitude.

Donna is stellar at this Hinsdale location! Only took one try for bloodwork and there wasn't any discomfort.

Went in for an employee wellness check up, Ms. Patricia was so friendly and gentle, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Waiting room smells divine! I highly recommend this LabCorp location.

LabCorp under pays their employees and the favor those over others. The yearly review is done by supervisors who know how to use the algorithm system to boost their favorite employees over others who do a better job if not equal. Watch out for Mama Mafia's

Service is super slow. Even with an appointment you have to wait up to an hour. I had to wait for more than 30 min just to drop a sample off. Some of the ladies have the sympathy of an angry T-Rex.

Came for some blood work my doctor ordered while I was out of town. The people working couldn't find my information on file so I had to call my nurse for them to FAX it in because THEY DON'T ACCEPT EMAIL. After my nurse faxed it over, they said it was blank and didn't have an test orders on it. I called my nurse and she said it's on there (named the test), which I communicated back to them and they finally read it correctly. That person is clearly not very competent. Saving grace: once they had my order, the woman who took my blood was nice and found my vein very easily.

Excellent service for routine tests. Technicians/nurses were great - from check in to drawing samples. It did help that we were the first to check in, but staff were really professional.

This place is the worse place I’ve ever been to for blood work. Staff was very rude and wouldn’t answer basic questions. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Wasted 25 min of driving to this worthless place.

I had an excellent experience. There was no wait, check in was easy (followed the instructions), and the staff were brisk but pleasant. The tech drew my blood first try and wished me a good day.
