I have a good experience when i walk in their was one person checking in & i got there early since i live in Chicago & my appt was at 10:15 got there like at 9:32am i didn't wait the staff got my info & got in & got out quick.

Very professional! I made an appointment and had no issues. I did start passing out during my appointment because of fasting before the appointment. However, staff stayed calm and helped me through the appointment. I can't thank them enough.

My experience with LabCorp was convenient, kind, and professional. I was able to login with a little kiosk to upload all my information that they then confirmed. The staff was really helpful in the beginning, getting the order, taking payment, etc. The phlebotomist was excellent probably one of my top five ever because there was hardly any discomfort. She listened to my jokes and we exchanged pleasantries. Was just what I had hoped… Simple, kind, and professional.
Two hopes that I would have for the location is better signage out front and evening hours.

Staff claimed that LabCorp cannot see a lab order that LabCorp itself has generated. Upon presenting a digital copy of their own lab order, the story changed and now they needed it in paper form only. Beware, lest you waste your time.Monopoly on corporate medical screening services breeds stagnation, laziness and ineptitude.

Went in for an employee wellness check up, Ms. Patricia was so friendly and gentle, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Waiting room smells divine! I highly recommend this LabCorp location.
