The floral design was beautiful. Very happy with not only the end result, but the efficiency as well. I ordered that morning and it was punctually delivered the same day. I was notified of the delivery-which eased my mind. I had left a message and was notified first thing the next morning when they opened. Overall a great experience!

The day of my wedding I went to pickup my wife’s bouquet only to find out the place was closed. I understand the weather challenges but if the flower shop across the street is open and yours is not at least I should have gotten a phone call advising me if your operational challenges. Terrible!!

I asked for an arrangement of different colored roses to be delivered for my proposal to my fiancee on Valentine's Day, and wow, did they deliver! We were both so blown away by the magnificent selection of roses and other bonus flowers. Wow, wow wow! It was worth every penny! I'm sure glad I went with this shop, which I picked pretty much at random.

This place is nothing short of amazing! Flowers were delivered to a friend of mine in the hospital and I was told they are absolutely beautiful!

I was a long time and loyal customer of Jane's Blue Iris and was always blown away with the beauty of their arrangements and quality of the flowers. Something has changed over the past year... the arrangement I received for my birthday this year was over $225 and of extremely disappointing quality. Not only was the arrangement not designed well, the flowers started to wilt within hours of delivery. When I called to voice my complaint, the customer service was dismal and the owner was extremely defensive. I'm saddened to see a small business that once thriving, now struggle because of poor quality and customer service.

We have used Jane's for years and have always been provided excellent arrangements and customer service. Unfortunately the last few times have been marginal at best and when we have called to voice our dissatisfaction we have been greeted with marginal customer service to match. For the price, Jane's no longer differentiates itself from the crowd.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Jane's for the wonderful service they have provided for over the years. Jane's has been providing my wife beautiful arrangements every Monday for over three years now. It never seems like they design the same arrangement twice even when they have a strict set of guidelines to follow (arrangements must be pink).

I have been a customer of Jane's Blue Iris for over 15 years. I can tell you that the arrangements are unique and colorful. Always fresh and brilliant. I get complimented on the flowers I send and that makes me feel great. I have been completely satisfied each and every time. They are dependable and have been extremely accommodating. Being a busy professional I sometimes forget to send flowers timely (oops) and Jane's always seems to help me out. Thank you and I will be a customer for life.

Wow, I was just surprised with flowers and I contacted the person with sending him a pic of the flowers and thanking him and he was a disappointed to see that what I just received was in fact not at all what he ordered.
