This is our first visit to Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale. We were here for my annual service maintenance on my 2022 Jaguar F Pace SVR. We were greeted immediately as we are checking into the service department. Then we were proceeded to our service advisor Mike Mashburn. He was very professional, attentive to our concerns and overall knowledgeable with my SVR. Then you are proceeded to have your car get a pre- inspection that you as a customer gets to witness as it’s picked up on a car lift as the inspector explains what they’re looking for. I was able to take photos of the inspection underneath my SVR. That does not ever happen at any other dealership I’ve been to in the past. Everything is explained to you in the very beginning before it goes into the back for the service maintenance. We decided to wait in the waiting room. The wait is around a few hours because of the technicality it takes to remove and get access to perform the maintenance. It is very expected nowadays with more advanced equipment in these vehicles. I rather they take their time than rush a job. While waiting we took the advantage of looking at their showroom display of all the new vehicles. Decided to test drive an I-Pace all electric suv. Very nice!!!! This is what is great about this dealership, you have the comfortable atmosphere with great people working hard to accommodate your time while waiting for servicing on your vehicle. With all the fresh brew coffee you can drink which my husband caffeine addiction is necessary. After 4 and half hours of waiting ( which was expected and we did not mind at all) our SVR was finished. Mike had informed us earlier that the vehicle was about to be finished. They had to wash it as a complimentary for all vehicles being serviced. Finally it was time for checkout. The process went well. They sent a link to our phones to give us all the details of the inspection and what service recommendation is needed in the future as we can schedule anytime. Overall I believe our experience was superb and happy how it all turned out. Great job to all the people that provided us with the opportunity to experience the service department at Hinsdale Jaguar and Land Rover. We will return again for service in the future. We give this place a 5 star review.JANSCAT

Apprx 3 weeks ago, I was appalled when it was brought to my attentionn a long scratch across the hood of our 2003 Jaguar F-Pace, which I thought was vandalism. I contacted my insurance agency and they advised me to get an estimate. I then called Bill Jacob's to find out what to do. I was fortunate to speak with Raul Pesina who was concerning and recommended an auto body shop which I took it to and learned that it was the edge of protected body guard. So, I called Raul again and informed him of the assessment. He asked that I send pictures, which I did. Immediately, he called me back and told me what it appears to be and we made arrangements to take the car to the dealership so that he could actually visualize it. Upon arrival he checked the records and then we walked around the front of the car and he showed me where the road block stopped, which I had never noticed, but it turns out to be a normal part of the Guard. What a relief! Raul also recommended that detailing a couple times per year would help to cover the guards edge. After informing him where I get the car washed, he was familar with the business and agreed that the business would be good for detailing. Before leaving he asked if I wanted the car washed and of course I did. I thank Raul for being attentive, patience and taking time to explain the situation and provide recommendations to a nervous, agitated client. I truly appreciate working with him to get me through this really great experience!Service: Body & Trim
