i got my hair done by nina. when i emailed about this i didn't hear back from her for weeks. idesign gave me this crazy hair cut with layers i specifically said i didn't wanted and asked ahead of time to NOT do yet they did it. you can see in the photo the literal 90 degree angle jagged cut in and not blended whatsoever. picture says a thousand words... look at this awful haircut. it also ruined a photo shoot i had done and gotten my hair trimmed for. why am i paying for this terrible haircut?... been emailing, calling all month. they did nothing to fix the matter: no refund, no free cut next time. instead i got gaslit by rachel being told by her that i am the only customer they've ever had complain. thats not true because you can clearly see on google how other people have left negative reviews and mentioned how rachel gave them a free haircut for their bad experience. yet she did not do this for me. so what's with saying im the only person who has been unhappy with the service at the salon? thats not true, read other reviews here... and that's only the people who have spoken up. i highly doubt im the only customer to complain if this is being put out and they don't address it promptly. i can't believe i paid for this haircut. definitely going to my credit card to deal with the matter since they refuse to come to a resolution. haircuts where they make a mistake, don't blend, and literally do the exact opposite of what you asked for and that they reassured you they would not do, haircuts like this when it's not what you asked for should not be paid for. they seem money hungry because all my friends can clearly see something has gone wrong with this haircut yet they don't fix the issue. if my review causes at least one person to not go in to this salon, then i'm grateful it had this affect. if they did this to me, they will do this to you.

All I have to say is I love this place. Everyone is so nice. It's amazing. My hairstylist is great.
Requested style: I have curly hair and I love the way Tessa cuts my hair and I'm very particular who cuts my hair. So going here after I left my other place was hard for me but Tessa is great. My hair always comes out the way I like it.

Jenni is an excellent stylist with a meticulous eye for detail, which I highly appreciated. She was upfront about the styling I would need to do to continue to achieve the look I wanted. She gave me a beautiful and light new look for spring and summer. I’m super grateful!

I love my haircut. Jasmine did a great job, she's friendly and recommended better products for my hair care. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Very professional and friendly.

I would highly recommend Leslie. She gave a great blow put for an even better price. I don't understand the high/overpriced comments in some of the other reviews. It was very reasonable for a nice salon.

So glad I found this place. I have gone to a salon for 15 years until I was left unsatisfied with my cuts and hair color. I read the reviews and then looked at their web page and read all of their stylists bio. I chose Anthony. And literally the BEST decision ever. He listens, gives his input and you can tell that you can just trust him. It's hard to find someone like that; someone that can give you feedback and tell you what will work for you. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. It's quite on the pricey side, but he is worth it.

Patrick was amazing - he listened to what I was thinking and gave me his suggestions from his all his expertise and knowledge of hair. The haircut came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. He was extremely friendly and considerate...The staff greeting guests in were so warm and friendly too. 100% will come back again. :)

Finally found my stylist! Patrick knows how to shape my curly hair. Also, he is so nice and easy to talk to. He's a polished pro. All the staff there are very welcoming and nice. Great experience all around!

Leslie listened to what I wanted and gave me more than what I expected! She did a beautiful job and made a classic updo with their own twist that was very sophisticated and elegant ! I was very happy and will definitely come back again!
