I just moved to the area and like to try different places before settling on a dry cleaners since I use my dry cleaners every week. I walked in and no one said anything; they just looked at me. I said I have to drop off some suits and he went walked to the computer and looked up- still not a word. I said "this is my first time here, I'm new to the area". The guy sighed loudly and handed me a small paper and pen. No instructions, requests, or noise coming from his mouth. I asked if he needed my name and finally he said something "uh yeah and number". I gave it to him and I got a ticket. No thank you, no day it'll be ready- nothing. When I went to pick it up, a customer was ahead of me trying to explain the alterations he needed and the same man that helped me just pointed to the lady employee as to to direct the customer to her. The lady just said "what you want". I laughed. When I got my suits, the guy did not say a single thing and looked so mad and so did the lady. The other customer looked at me and said "why do I still come here". I literally laughed as I walked out. After talking to neighbors and a co-worker, they all laughed and say the same thing. It's well known the owners are mean, rude, and don't talk to people. Apparently, if you so much question their work or complain, they yell at you. That's my last visit here.

Best Dry Cleaner - Have used them for years, even now when I moved away, I drive to use their services as they are consistent and dependable.

Heritage Cleaners just ruined a pair of Armani pants of mine and refuses to accept any responsibility. Furthermore, in a heated conversation with them foul language was directed at me and they threatened to call the police, which I challenged and they didn't follow through. I wouldn't recommend them for dog catcher!
