Kind staff at work here. Issue is that they damaged my car and did not deep clean as seen the pictures, did not touch the trunk even after paying for a $200 deep clean service and left a lot of dirt in between the ridges of the car. Can usually do myself but due to busy schedule came here. Expected more detail oriented service for the $$. Expected waiting for 2 hours to imply the car would be taken care of gently and efficiently with no damage :/
Update: Manager is kind and offered to fix the situation and come back but have no time, in middle of moving. Interior damage needs special fixing regardless that they probably cannot assist with. Glad it’s cleaner but still not complete. Wanted to highlight though that the manager did offer a solution just one I can’t receive due to time constraints. Thank you Aaron.

Waste of time and money $39 months wash , only outside dry didn’t touch anything inside. Went back guy told me you should take $60 wash. Don’t go there

Brand new to the area and decided to get my 2 week old Trailblazer cleaned. I wanted to the floor mats cleaned and the outside washed. Nothing on the menu reflected in what I wanted. I felt as if they segment their menus so much that you have to choose something more expensive. I chose #2 which was $49.99, which is nuts!! $50 for a non-hand car wash! Then they had the nerve to up charge me for an SUV!!! A trailblazer is the furtherest thing from an SUV and smaller than most sedans. Observing the team drying the car lacked the wherewithal to wipe away the pink suds as well as getting water all over the inside cushions. Also they never cleaned the mats!!! I will never go back to this place! Completely overpriced, but if you have a high end car (i.e. Porsche, Mercedes, or Audi) you’ll get the service you need which I observed.

Don’t waste your time nor money coming here. they do a bad job cleaning and they had me wait almost 35 mins to let me know my car wash ready.

First they charge a hidden fee for the membership. Then they will mislead you about your membership renewal and options for changing it. Terrible experience. Won’t be back.

Highly recommend the detailing service. After a long winter, I took both our cars to be detailed. These cars are 7-8 yrs old and absolutely filthy. They both came back (especially the interior) looking brand new. Yes, I understand prices have gone up, but it was worth it. Even more important, I left feeling like they appreciated my business.

Don’t waste your time. $40 for a carwash is a joke when they don’t know how to clean the inside of your car.

Best place in town! Car repairs or car wash. Get your levels topped off by great people. Gretchen is lovely, very knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. No need to look elsewhere!!!
