I needed some major help with printing out some signage for a party. Kate was beyond helpful! Personally I was a little frustrated with the program I was using (purchased through Etsy) and Kate was able to figure it out and get it done right and professionally! Very impressed with her and the team here! Will be back without a doubt!

Aug 25th Got here at 6:50 pm. The store was closed, which store hour is 7:00 pm on Friday. No notes at all on the door or window. Or website. I don’t understand. Permanent? Only today? If permanent please change your store hour on website and the sign on the door

Try to retrieve a returning package, actually was my mistake.I stopped by local store around 10:00 AM March 6th try to reclaim package, staff on duty at this location did their best to help, package was redelivered around 1:00 PM, well done.

Amelia was incredibly helpful with guiding me through the printing process. I had to print a variety of different documents of different sizes, and she assisted me with everything from picking the correct paper, to trimming, and even label making. Definitley will return for my printing needs.

I've been to several fedex locations ill never return to after my experience with "Kate at this location. She overexceeded my expectations and truly blew me away. I came in with a pretty difficult order to most people that I needed immediately printed on the spot and Without hesitation she Perfectly executed my request Correctly in a fraction of the time it took at another location. I will be returning here exclusively from now on and couldn't have left more satisfied!
