Dr. Gupta is an incredible person and doctor. I have never had a doctor who will spend a whole hour with me when I come in for an appointment. I never have to wait, she sees me at my scheduled time. She listens, she care, she doesn't rush in and out in a few minutes. Recently, I was ill and emailed late in the evening and she responded right away and she set an appointment the following morning. She checked on me daily via text message until she knew I was feeling better. She even came in on a Sunday to see me one time, because my symptoms started to get worse and she did not want to wait till Monday. I originally started to see her when I did not have insurance, I now have insurance but still choose to continue having her as my primary doctor. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gupta, I have endless wonderful things to say about her and her kind & welcoming care.

How amazing would it be if you or your kid felt sick, you texted your doctor directly and she personally called you within minutes, gave you an over the phone consultation and called a prescription in for you or was able to see you that day or the next if an in person appointment was needed. Doesn't that sound like a dream come true? That's what Dr. Gupta is for my family. A dream come true. Because everything I mentioned is not fiction, it's real life when you sign up for direct primary care with Dr. Gupta. Not only does she make you feel like a personal friend with all the attention she offers you, but in addition we love that our monthly membership means not just no copays, but also great pricing on labs and medications. This is truly healthcare at it's finest. Win win win!!

Dr Gupta is an absolute gem. She is kind, patient, and a great listener with the most wonderful bedside manner. We trust her not only with our own care, but with the care of our children and my father. THIS is what a true family practice should look like. She's also very easily accessible, which makes scheduling and communication so easy.

Dr. Gupta is an amazing person and Dr. She makes me feel comfortable always and she actually listens to me. I first met her years ago when she was associated to another practice. I was going through so much. She helped me go through so many different tests to get to the bottom of what was wrong. That was a difficult time and I knew I could and still can be honest and talk to her about anything. Anyway, Dr. Gupta left the practice and opened her own. It took me some time but I ended up finding her and I'll never go to another Dr. again. She wants to help people. She is a Dr. who really cares. I highly recommend her as a Family MD.

Dr. Gupta reminds me of the doctor I had as a child. This is because she is very caring and goes out of her way to make sure that you feel like you are valued. When my son was sick she checked up on him consistently which is something I have never experienced from his previous doctors. I am very happy that we have found her. She is a wonderful doctor for young children and families. I can tell she is very passionate about her work and that it is much more than just a job for her.

Dr. Gupta is wonderful and extremely responsive and kind. While paying out of pocket for a doctor seems pricey, seeing Dr. Gupta has actually been a cost-effective way to help me manage a few chronic conditions when I didn't have health insurance. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

5 stars! Dr. Aleea Gupta has been my doctor for many years. I was beyond delighted when I learned she would be entering into concierge medicine with Family First Direct Primary Care in Hinsdale. I had been interested in becoming a member of a concierge medical practice for a while because of all the benefits it offers to patients, but did not want to leave Dr. Gupta. I feel like I now have it all. All the benefits of concierge medicine and the best doctor I have ever had. I am thrilled with my medical care. Dr. Gupta is knowledgeable, kind, courteous and compassionate. She is a kind and a good person. She cares about her patients and she cares about her practice. And now that she is in concierge medicine, she is able to give her patients 110%. She is reachable via text, telephone or email 24/7 and responds promptly. I pay less for medical care now than I did with a standard medical practice. I am able to get same-day, hour-long appointments for myself and my two children. I think Dr. Aleea Gupta is the best of the best and I feel very fortunate to have my medical care and the care of my two children in her hands.
