Such a nice spa. Very clean. There is music softly playing and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. There is not a lot of noise. Anna did both my pedicure and my nails. Pedicure was great, more than I expected, and she was very gentle. My hands were in really bad shape after having had a dip that I removed myself...not a good idea. I had scheduled A Dazzle dry which I have never had before, but when it came time to do my hands, she explained to me what a transitional Dazzle was. It certainly seemed like a better idea than what I was originally thinking. The manicure came out beautiful. I have faith that my nails will improve. The one thing I must mention, which made me very happy, was that you can go here and not have to listen to staff talking to each other in another language. That's sort of thing made me so uncomfortable at other salons. It did not happen here. Which is so much more professional. The only thing I found slightly uncomfortable here was that the Pedicure Chairs don't seem to be adjustable. I am quite short and needed pillows behind my back, which Anna offered immediately. All in all, the experience was great. Anna was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

Love love love this salon! Always pleased with the meticulous work they do and the friendly staff is very welcoming! The pedi chairs are the best! This is my favorite place to relax ?

I really like the salon. Everyone is really nice, the salon itself is very pretty, parking is never an issue. My only problem is way gel x nails were done. I’ve been a few times and never really had an issue until recently. This particular time the woman who did them (she is so nice and patient) filed the clear false nail down before curing. So she files them then takes the gel puts it on the fake nail and then on to my finger and cures it. This is the absolute worst pain I’ve ever felt. It burned every single second. I don’t know why I didn’t just walk out and say Nevermind because I almost cried. After she cures every nail, I need to also put my hand in the gel lamp which again, burns like crazy. She uses so much of the gel that when I got home I noticed you could see a nice chuck of gel between my nail and the false nail. They should not burn like that when you get them done. I’ve been told the nail was filed down too thin. Doing this can introduce an allergy that will not go away. Overall, I really like the nail salon but can’t go back due to the way nails are being done.

I went to get my nails done to treat myself.At the end of my service the nail tech asked me if I was pregnant. I am not. For context, I had a baby 9 and a half months ago and am very self conscious about my postpartum body. I went home and cried for half an hour. I will not be returning.Services: Gel manicures

Had a medical emergency in my family and they charged us for half of the services. Horrible customer service. We called hours in advance on a Friday to cancel bc we had to go to the hospital. I’m sure they were able to fill the slots too. We are a family of 5 women and used to love coming here but will not be back with service like that.

Haven’t even been to the spa was about to book an appointment until I saw on their website that if you fail to show up to your appointment not only will they charge your card the full amount of the service but they will charge a late fee on top of that as well … are they serious?? What a scam! I will never ever give this place my business. Just wanted to warn anybody if you’re thinking of booking here u better call to cancel or they’ll take u for all ur worth with those prices!

I came in for the first time - I'm new to the area. I needed a pedi and gel extension manicure for my bridal shower. Amy did an awesome job! I showed her an inspiration pic for the nails and we found something even better! Thank you so much! Side note: when I was in, there was a customer who was very upset about her nails. I think the staff did the right thing handling her and keeping calm during all of it.

I’ve been going to Elysian since they opened. Best place around to get a mani/pedi. The salon is super clean, open, and bright. The staff is always friendly and ready for you when you have an appointment. Prices are very fair for a great experience every time.
