After seeing great reviews I decided to take my dr’s advice and check them out for my new prescription. The woman at the front desk was rude with a delightful touch of racism. I simply transferred my medication. Maybe it was a bad day for them, or maybe I was the wrong color. Either way, I’ll let my pcp know that her recommendation did not live up to the hype. Regardless of what older reviews show.*Update after they responded: Um there was literally no rush...?

The kind and professional staff at Elm Plaza fills my prescriptions with alacrity. I require a compound prescription that takes time to prepare; Elm Plaza, with special kudos to Christy, always makes sure I get my order in timely fashion. Thank you!

I received a compound for minoxidil and finasteride for my scalp, and they only filled the bottle to 1/4 of the volume for a 30 day supply. When I called in to tell them about the bottle is virtually empty within the week, rather than say “say no worries, we may have underfilled it, just come in and we’ll refill it based on our error” they insinuated that I overused/misused the product. In one week? Poor service and finger pointing. Never going back.

I've used this pharmacy a few times but I'm done with them. They are charging me outrageous prices for LDN. I know they think I'm a drug addict or alcoholic because of the meds I take and that is why they are treating me like a drug seeker. It's not the first time this happened to me at a compounding pharmacy. My prescription price was raised $25 without notice. I was already paying $125 out of pocket. LDN is prescribed for many reasons I'm disabled from medical negligence.My emails have not been answered as to why the price has gone up. Nobody in that pharmacy has been kind.

I received both doses of the covid vaccine here and was very satisfied with the care and service of the friendly staff! They were very accommodating at rescheduling an appointment, as well.

The pharmacy is great. I needed a a specially compounded medication and had a hard time finding a pharmacy that could make it. The pharmacist Steve was not only able to make it up but counseled me thoroughly on dosing, etc. So glad I found them!

Called today, waited 2 hours for my order. Called 3 times to finally get some young manager giving me lip after ordering from this place so many times. Every single time my food comes cold although I live 5 minutes away. The manager tried giving me excuses as to why it was my fault and told me “ you want your food or not†. I'm done ordering $50 meals numerous times weekly to get this kind of treatment. After putting up with such horrible service and food for the sake of living close to this spot the owners should know their management is garbage. Customer service is garbage. I make you guys well over $150 a week which will go to any other food place. You guys are terrible. Your delivery drivers are incompetent. Don't talk back to your customers, I'm tired of your garbage. The cheese fries are always off and frozen. The food always comes cold. There is never a perfect order from this scummy spot. If this is how much they care about their customers I wonder how dirty the kitchen must be. This place is a joke. From the staff to the food. I called so many times to hear the manager tell me “no I'm not remaking your food you can either have your cold food or not. Do you want it?†This is what I heard 2 hours into waiting. Fire this guy

This place is the best pharmacy you'll ever go to! The pharmacists care about their patients & go above & beyond for them. All the technicians are very friendly as well. I would recommend this pharmacy to anybody. They do compounding as well!!

Steve and staff are very accomodating. We had a little difficulty with meds for my elderly mother, and Steve had it completely resolved in less than an hour on a very busy day. Thanks for all your help, Steve!

I cannot believe the amazing service Elm Plaza Pharmacy provides. They are all so courteous and willing to go out of their way every time I visit. Very efficient, caring and fast! In my experience, the pricing is the same or a lot of the time, cheaper then the "Big Boys." Steve is awesome, along with Jenny and the whole staff. They truly go the extra mile and put the patient first. Please give them a try, instead Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
