I brought in a copy of Pokémon Crystal to get my save battery replaced, but after the replacement the save battery just stopped working for again whatever reason. The employees and manager were very kind and did another replacement free of charge, they even threw in a coupon for my trouble. It’s a good store run by good people, definitely check it out if you’re in the area.”
“I was so relieved to find a place that could repair my old turntable and tape deck. The drop off was a simple process. $100 per item but that was then applied to the total price at the end of repairs. It took about 8 weeks after dropping off to get my items back, but I was warned ahead of time and am completely fine with the wait. I'm very happy with the repairs and will be sure to recommend to friends in need of electrical repair.”

“I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years with multiple lines, and Jay at the Oakbrook, IL location is by far the best rep I’ve ever dealt with. Originally sent by Costco across the street for a device return, I ended up learning about all the extras T-Mobile offers that other reps never mentioned and got everything everything else taken care of quickly and efficiently. Jay and the Oakbrook location have set a high standard for T-Mobile service. Definitely recommended.”
“We used Interstate Electronics for our schools intercom system. They were very quick with helping the school out as our current system died on us. We explained it was a safety concern and as soon as we got the quote and then PO they were onsite installing the system. They even trained us onsite on all the new technology. Some of the new features we have with this system is the ability to play songs and recorded announcements over the intercom for celebrations or emergencies and the ability to set different bell schedules to different rooms. Most importantly, our school no longer has that annoying loud ringing bell that would harm our students and staffs ears. A series of three tones to help direct students to their next class. We feel confident in the work they provided and we would highly recommend working with Interstate Electronics.”
“We had an outstanding experience with David. From beginning to end, he was exemplary. David was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and ensuring we were well taken care of. The purchase process was seamless, and we left the store feeling very satisfied.
There was a minor issue when we returned to pick up our new phones for data transfer. David had to leave because his shift ended, but he told us to come back in an hour and 30 minutes, as the process should be completed by then. One phone wasn't ready because its battery had died during the process. I wish someone had been monitoring it, as it took an additional three hours and the original wait time was an hour and half, which we decided to handle at home instead of waiting. Despite this, we highly recommend David!”
“A few months ago, I bought a high-end AV system from County Line. It worked beautifully when it worked, but had a number of issues. The techs and others at County Line responded immediately and competently whenever I had a problem. We mutually concluded that the AVP was defective, and County Line contacted the manufacturer in Europe. After several abortive efforts at finding a fix, the mfr. concluded that County Line was right and replaced the product. More recently, I had a different problem. I called the tech (on a Sunday evening) expecting to leave a message. He answered the phone, concluded that the problem was with the universal remote and called the mfr., who identified the problem and fixed it remotely that same evening. County Line stayed with me throughout, standing behind the products they sold me beyond my expectations. A great place to do business with.”
