Extremely horrible place to bank.. If you happen to use your debit card more the. A few times in a day they shut off your card. I keep a large deposit account here that I will be moving. Low class bank. 👎

Was an amazing bank for a long long time when it was Harris. They used to be the very best. Our personal banker Leanne Boulanger, is outstanding. They do have excellent marketing for new customers. Zero loyalty for long term customers (based on our personal experience over the past 8-9years), when you really need them. We have been loyal customers for decades, using them almost exclusively, having numerous accounts with them. The first time we really needed their help, for a very small short term loan/LOC, we got the cold shoulder, with a flat refusal. We were directed to a person by the initials ZK, who had suboptimal customer understanding. We had to shop for a new bank in a hurry. If you are a customer, a back up plan is highly recommended.

This bank has lost it's compass. Few banking associates that might be nice people but don't know anything, can't answer simple questions, will not return phone calls. Completely under staffed. Some associates can be curt bordering on rude. Go elsewhere you'll be happier

They are still doing that cross-selling annoyance. Went to the drive through to deposit a check and as I was leaving the teller said something intelligible. When I reversed a bit and asked what she said, she said, "do you need a mortgage?" What? " Yes, I need a mortgage can I apply through the drives?" Next time in the drives, "I noticed you have a larger balance in your account, do you want a CD?" Please STOP!! Also, thanks for telling everyone on the drive speakers about my balance. Online banking is getting more and more appealing.
