After an accident my car was towed here - the gentleman running the shop greeted me and walked me through the process step by step. The shop clearly cared about my success which meant a lot as I've had very negative experiences with car repair shops in the past. Communication and customer service were fantastic ?

West Hill CARSTAR Auto Body is located in Hillside, IL. The staff is very friendly. I had scratches on my bumper repaired. They did excellent work and it was finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using West-Hill CARSTAR for your auto body work.

My vehicle was hit while parked. Damage to the driver side body and suspension. They interfaced very well with my insurance company which took away all of the paperwork hassle. Regular status communication came via texts so I knew what was happening to my vehicle. Face to face interaction with the staff was friendly & excellent. Quality and their commitment to making sure it was right was second to none.
