The cashier swipe my card twice and had it locked up so I had to unlock it again instead of her telling me the first time it didn’t go through and wipe the card off. I’ve been using my card all day no problem didn’t like the idea that when I talked about was it a Generic for the price of the medicine, the cashier and another young lady start laughing about it

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I left so many years ago to go to CVS which I LOVED, but my new insurance is only covered at Walgreens. It has been a nightmare since I came back. I can't wait to switch back to CVS. The wait times are so long, the customer service is mediocre, and they messed up my antibiotics. They were short pills for my antibiotics. If I didn't count,they wouldn't have worked or worse I could become antibiotic resistant.
There was another time where they said my prescription was ready and when I got there, it wasn't ready so I had to come back. So inconsistent.

I hate to give a bad review, I have worked retail and in the medical field, both are extremely tough. However, if you do not wish to be in either, pick something else. The rudest pharmacy staff ever. I called to refill a prescription and was told I should have called it in 2 to 3 days prior, so that it could be filled at another location and shipped to Hillside! WHAT? I thought this technician would say April Fool. They reluctantly were willing to fill it and said they would call when it was done. Never a call. Awful service. Letting my provider know that I will no longer use any Walgreens.

The pharmacist Carla here is nice but the workers who works with her is ruthless… went to urgent care and was told I have strep throat came to get my meds I was told I have to wait 2 1/2 hours to get my meds and you know strep throat is no joke and I explained to her and she told me okay cause we just opened 5 mins ago… what does that mean… get the ppl who are here out the way the service is horrible that’s provided by the techs and not the pharmacist I thank Carla for getting my medicine ready within 15 mins

Walgreens has horrible service even tho myDentist called in several hours before my prescription is still not ready so I decided to wait & they have six people behind the counter(don’t seem to working ) one person said it’ll take about 1 1/2 hours another said about a half of hour neither was right the customer service is rude they have they calls that come in on speaker whoever is waiting can hear all the personal information. Maybe If they have less personal conversation then they can move a little faster for customers. After waiting they tell me my insurance doesn’t cover the prescription which is confusing because they took my insurance card they tried to get me to pay after while they called the doctor office back and guess what it was covered they was just lazy to do they job I really dislike Walgreens

Lousy customer service. Took 5 prescription said they would call when ready. Called .5 later told when ask when it would be ready? Said .5 going on hour and no phone call. Was waiting in parking lot 1.5 hours. No one in parking lot.

Called the pharmacy on Sunday to verify if a medication was in stock. Relayed the dosage and the pharmacist told me it was available. By Tuesday, when the Dr. sent the prescription, it was suddenly "out of stock for months" and on back order.Asked them if they had a similar medication in stock. Relayed the dosage and the pharmacist told me it was available. Within hours of the call, the Dr. sent in the prescription. By Wednesday, it was suddenly "out of stock" and on a back order.Asked them to just cancel out the requests, which they then marked as "picked-up" on my record. Hope that doesn't become a future issue. Don't waste your time here.

Clean and refreshing. I needed ice and the young lady went and got it right away. The best Walgreens I ever been too. Seems like these are people that care about there job

All Walgreens Pharmacies are ridiculously complicated to call & ACTUALLY CALL AND SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACY....It's a JOKE and takes Forever.
