I mailed my father's Father's Day card last Tuesday and also my sister's birthday card.My father never received his card and I got my sister's card today 6-20,in my mailbox !It had no marking on it from the post office. I don't think it was even processed!?I am filing a complaint. I always get someone else's mail mixed in with mine .Once I saw a bill on my lawn and I went outside and picked it up and it was my neighbors phone bill!Terrible place.Used to be a good place must be all new people working there.

PACKAGE STILL HASNT ARRIVED 20 MINUTES AWAY IN CHICAGO USING CERTIFIED AND REGISTERED MAIL. IT WAS MAILED 9 DAYS AGO. ZERO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE USE UPS OR FEDEX.

Waited in the entryway at 12pm on 5/8/23 with three other people for 20 minutes while we listened to the only employee have a casual and very personal phone call with a friend in the back. We could even see her through the mail boxes completely ignore us and continue laughing on her phone call as we knocked to notify her of the line forming outside. Save yourself the time and go to the Westchester location about a mile away.

If I could I would give zero. Horrible customer service, never available ? & everyone goes to lunch at the same time. How can a business be ran if everyone goes to lunch at the same time. Then it's new girl there that's in the front and very bad attitude act as if she doesn't like her job. They could of kept us with the other girl at least she didn't have a attitude everyday.

Yesterday I was in line at 1:20 p.m. in the outer lobby, due to Covid distancing, of this location to mail several packages. At 1:28 p.m. a gentleman came out and announced that they were closing for lunch and would be back at 2:30 p.m. and locked the inner lobby door. Sooooo, rather than locking the outer door, taking care of the customers already in line and posting his sign on the outer door, he essentially told those of us in line to leave. This is perhaps the worst USPS location I have used. DeJoy must be so proud of this location.
