They're no BBB accredited because they are horrible. Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced!!! Greedy Jewish ownership that hires very poor quality employees for terrible benefits and pay. This is exhibited in how they run their business and the extremely poor customer service that they provide. Their prices are very expensive as well relative to their competitors. I honestly don't see how they stay in business.

Without discussing the legal battle to come, the owner allows Nick Dillon the DM at the Carbondale, IL office to yell and cuss his employees. Kim in HR does nothing. The owner does nothing. If you work here and say ANYTHING to HR, they will retaliate against you. You will be fired.

I needed to get a different pharmacy that would take my prescription drug insurance after Caremark messed up my order for the umpteenth time.The folks at United RX couldn't have been more helpful, and were able to take care of my scripts and saved me money compared to Caremark.I think you will be pleasantly surprised if you utilize them.

I worked there for two years and throughout the years I was treated like crap ! The director doesn't even talk to you unless you talk to her , they play favoritism a lot , their medical suck, they told me I was losing my job 2 days before . They only communicate with the morning crew and not night shift! They are very nasty as far as bathrooms ,lunch room, and even work areas. They try to make you suffer because they don't have a lot of staff so like Saturday and Sunday it's only like 3 people working sometimes. They lie about having positions filled when they have positions on indeed and other sites . They don't care about the employees until your filling a claim against them. Their service is VERY BAD , it took 2 months for the hr to call me back about being sexually harrassed and yet still has not did anything about it. They doubt their tech of even passing the certification test and just use you up until they don't need your services anymore . They don't try to even help employee get certified . They don't appreciate their employees for example they have plenty of RUDE managers and staff that are very nasty to employees. Also they don't take the time to train you they just put people on the floor clueless and then wonder why work isn't finished . Night shift you will not get to leave until everything is done . Night shift can get out at 4 am and they don't care that it's happening every single night . Overall this place it horrible and I don't recommend anyone I know to work here ! They don't appreciate their employees.
