“We drive from Lockport to Beard Auto Repair because they are the only mechanics we can trust. After being taken advantage of by every other local auto repair shop, Beard is the best thing to happen to us as vehicle owners. They only fix what needs to be fixed unless you ask them to fix more. You have no idea how great it is to get a call saying no charge because nothing needs repair at this time. Knowing we can wait until spring to revisit possible repairs instead of them just making money off of us is the difference between the honest mechanics at Beard and the 3 other shops we have been to.”
“The staff at Pete's auto were fantastic. I purchased an older car that needed a lot of work just to get it on the road. The car needed four new brake lines plus pads and roaders and that was only a start. They gave me a quote that was three hundred dollars less than the other auto shop that I took my car to. They fixed my car, and they also gave me recommendations when I asked about other specialized repairs for the car. Thanks to them my car is not running great. “I needed a specific make/model tire to match the other three on the car. Sebastian informed me the did not have the tire in stock, but the warehouse did and they could have it by 2pm. I needed the completed tire to me by 6pm. I said go ahead. The tire arrived at 2, I had it install and in my trunk by 3. We made the deadline, and the price was competitive with others that wanted me to wait 3 business days for the same product. Thanks Sebastian, you did great. Certainly will look to Cassidy for future needs.”
“Recently moved to the Willow Springs area and was looking a mechanic to fix my check engine light and some other issues. Carlos and his team couldn't have done any better. Completely took care of the job in less then a day, explained everything to me and the prices were more then fair. They go above and beyond for their customers.
Lianna at the front desk is as sweet as can be and remained in constant contact with me about the process of my car. They have gained lifelong clients in myself and my family. “It's I great place to take your car for any repair, I had electric problem and he check all the harness and fix the problems the car had he olso find other issues wrong with the car and he help me fix it. He is very honest and help when you can find a part. It olso had some mechanical parts that it need it and he help me change those parts, he did an inspection of all the car and sugested which components should be change next.
