Schedule more people for drive up or schedule people who are willing to work as a team. Young lady was in and out doing drive ups and pickups and the two older women were just chit chatting and talking bad about other coworkers, specifically the cart attendant saying he has to stop helping the young lady doing drive ups. The two older women seen me standing there waiting and neither one of them greeted me, or asked what I needed help with. Both women were saying they refused to help in drive ups and pickup and instead situated themselves hanging clothing on hangers. The young lady had stated that she was in between drive ups yet she still helped me because she seen the other two older women were not helping. Visited on 7/7/25 at around 20:20.

No cashiers ever working. Self check lane was not even open this am. Left all my stuff because the line was too long.
Again here on 6/21. 20 min wait to check out. Need more cashiers or more self check out booths.

Do not shop here without debit card, it will take an hour to wait in line with cash. They have 100 workers standing around but out of 20, I repeat 20 aisles they only have one actual register open! Do better Target

One side of the store had self check out and it was card only. They had one register for cash and card. Absolutely insane the manager hasn't been let go. Target, this is the worse store I've ever been to.

Not a local from this area, so I didn’t know about the rule of no shopping bags from outside allowed to bring inside the store. I will recommend putting a sign outside. Overall the store is well organized.

They don’t stock anything here and have no registers open. Basically a Walmart with worse prices. Wouldn’t go here if it wasn’t 5 min away. Lol!

Dear Target Management,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience at the Hillside location. The front desk lead, Raquel, displayed an appalling lack of customer service skills during my visit. She was rude, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. This is not an isolated incident; I have informed management about her behavior on multiple occasions, yet nothing has changed.
Raquel's ongoing negative attitude and unprofessionalism have been impacting unsuspecting customers for years. Despite my previous complaints, Target continues to employ her, which is deeply disappointing.
I strongly advise others to avoid the Hillside location and instead visit the Broadview Target, where the customer service is consistently excellent.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate actions to address this issue.

This Target used yo be clean. Friendly staff, a year ago they changed Management and now you see everyone gossiping on aisle, complaining about their supervisors meanwhile every product is out of place with wrong prices and only 1 register open with 20 people waiting to pay. And always is the customers fault if something is incorrect at the register.

Do not waste your time or money placing a drive up order at this location. Today was - no joke - the fourth or fifth time they have left a bag or two out, and today, they left out half of the dang $220 order... then didn't answer phones, so we had to contact Target 800 number and spend 20 minutes trying to get a refund. It shouldn't happen ever - let alone every time.
