I went to get my car bumper fixed plus my car was over heating and the check engine light was on . They kept my car well over a week kept giving me the run around about my bumper saying they had to wait for the correct paint . Which when the guy who actually painted my bumper said they had just sent him to get the paint the same day i was told i could pick it up n it took him less than 30 minutes to paint it. So they had my car for more than a week for nothing ! I drove my car for a week n the car was still over heating and check engine light came back on ! Gave me bull excuse saying that the car was over heating cause the wires gotten wet. I came back not even two days later cause it was getting worst . They told me it was the gages ! Took it to auto zone had gotten it tested ! They said it was something other than gages. When I took it back to this shop they told me that it's nothing they can do about I would have to come out of pocket more money for them. To fix the same problem they told me that they fixed ! They go up on prices once it's time for you to pay! Ricky told me one price for my bumper to be painted n then once I picked up my car tried to charge me 300 dollars more than the original price he once stated saying because he had to buy the paint but never mentioned a new price thru out the time we talked on the phone when he had my car ! I'm a young woman n they done this too me thinking they could get away with it ! So if you are a woman I believe this shop isn't for u unless you want to be out of money !

Tow it, drive it to Route 38! These great professionals are honest and have high integrity. Drove off of the expressway when my rear axle broke off, scariest experience in my life. God lead me to Route 38 shop and I could’ve been mislead, but the integrity and knowledge of the staff was true. My vehicle had a recall for the item. Promised to take my vehicle for servicing, and trust Route 38, integrity and honesty at it’s highest. Thank you Rick, and all staff for serving greatly! Definitely and highly recommend!!!

I came across Rt 38 without even knowing/hearing of them. I know God lead me to them, they took care of me quickly and efficiently. Very nice owner Ricky and workers. Carlos was very informative and took care of my car's needs. Thanks again and great job guys!! ?

I just want to say i appreciate the professionalism of the morning manager Chet. Me and my wife came in a few weeks ago for a a oil change and estimate for a couple repairs.
We was greeted by a young man named Jarvis at the front but he seemed to have an attitude with us as we asked if you guys was open, but in all we assumed it was just morning anger so we pulled arround back no issue,as he guided us in more anger erupted,so he came to window i smelled a acholic odor coming from him. In which we cant judge no one,so Chet came out and asked how can he help us,so he did the oil change and gave a good price on estimated price.Also gave us a discount for our small trouble and assured us this encounter will not happen again as a elderly couple we want to see our young men succeed in life we are praying for you Jarvis that everthing will be better for you and we are praying for the route 38 family that God continue to bless your company we will be back in few weeks for the front end repairs God bless.
