I just recently started shopping at Rainbow because it was convenient to purchase things for my aerobics classes.The down fall to my experience is the racks are to close…unable to try on clothing before purchasing only to look in the mirror but not see it on you and end up regretting buying it and to bring it back….is time and gas. Customer service clerk’s are rude not all of them.If you want happy customer’s try at allow us to try on and get a feel for the item.

They wouldn’t exchange a $3.00 item without the receipt. That’s the 1st and last time Rainbow will see my money.

I've always loved Rainbow stores and their reasonable prices on clothes! They also have good clearance deals on top of that! My only complaint is that all the clothing racks are so close together, not much walking space while trying to walk around the store to shop, well the Hillside location, not sure how other locations may be set up.

The store supposed to be open up at 10 but it is 1009 and they just not getting here to open up the store. Poor customer service. and still haven’t opened up lady in the store cleaning dumping trash things that should be done at night if the store opens up at 10, they should not be open the doors at 10:15

Even though their clothing is not expensive, a lot of their clothing is pretty good. Not the one and done like it used to be.
