No one wants to think about these things, but we're grateful Ryan pointed this out to us and helped us figure out a policy to protect our home. He was also very responsive when we had issues with our bank and escrow funds (we thought we had stopped escrow, but the bank never did and paid Ryan after we had already paid him).
