“This is a huge hotel with great potential, but it needs some TLC. The check in encounter leaves a poor taste in my mouth. The front desk personnel was very unfriendly and to the point. It could be that she was having a bad day.The elevators were dirty and dusty, I later realized that the 4th floor was under renovation.”
