Very sweet and attentive staff, I used to take my two fur babies to Banfield and switching them to Hillchester Animal Hospital was the BEST! Choice I have ever made for their health care. My fur babies are so cared for at Hillchester that it makes the experience so much more relieving since they try to understand and take the time to know them. I am so glad to have met the most sweetest people here and will continue to take my two fur babies to Hillchester Animal Hospital ?

The staff is so accommodating to our fur babies. They always explain everything and there aren't any surprise when it's time to pay the bill.

I should have never left my last vet, at least they responded to my cocerns. I came to Hillchester a few months ago after the new staff at my last vet were a bit immature and insensitive (not the doctors). Hillchester was ok in the beginning but most def too pricey for the service as everyone says. The Doctor was ok but sometimes her mood was hard to read on certain days and it made me question my choices. My pet was skittish but they never wanted to give me the sedative, as they stated he would need it before a visit especially if it was going to make their day "easier". There's more but im just ready to move on emotionally. My final 2 experiences made me never want to refer them to anyone again. I went for a serious concern about his abdomen looking bigger than usual and the Dr said she doesn't "feel" anything there and all seems "fine" but then I get home and his abdomen is looking fuller daily so I called to request additional tests, perhaps an ultrasound and the receptionist said a tech will get back to me. I get no response for almost a week. I called back and again they said they would get back to me....no response. I was scared and confused because I was giving them more money to do whatever they needed to do. Anyway, I should have known because the Dr was in some type of mood the last time I was there. I will add that some of the staff were great. I just feel like if they didn't want to treat my pet I wished they would have told me or even gave me a courtesy call asking me to seek treatment elsewhere and a valid reason, actually forget the reason. Sooo, I finally went to the ER....I was right of course. My poor baby was retaining fluid and was diagnosed with heart failure. He passed away a few days later after his bday. Trust your gut, I regret waiting for them to reach out. I regret everyday leaving my last vet. My heart aches. Lesson learned. Everyone's experience is different this was mine.

They do not care about your animal like the advertise! If you don't pay $1000 for x ray and labs that they recommend, your animal will not receive the proper care even if it could possibly effect them dying! Horrible place! You will have to guess who the vet is because they don't introduce themselves either! All they want is money and likely because they don't get enough business. They should be shut down for their lack of caring!

I have been taking my cat to this veterinarian hospital for four years now and every-time we go for our visits, I feel more at ease. Recently I noticed a spot on the back of my cat's neck that looked abnormal. Not only were the assistants and vet technicians able to get me in for an appointment as soon as possible, the veterinarian took great care of my cat to make sure she was safe and healthy when it was removed. I've been to vets in the past where my pet is scared to get out of their carrier, but here, it feels like my cat is just as safe as she would be at home. The office team is always so friendly, easy to work with, and the office is clean (no pet hair anywhere...unlike my last vet). I truly appreciate the care and work this team does. I would recommend this office to everyone!

We recently accepted two kittens from our daughter's small farm. Our two girls are seen by the the doctors at Hillchester Animal Hospital. We are very happy with the care our cats are receiving. The doctors and staff are kind, considerate, and always answer our questions and concerns. If you're looking for great pet care, check out Hillchester Animal Hospital.
