I made an appointment and was called a day prior by File 4 me now to confirm my appointment. So far so good. I arrived at my appointment and the place was closed. Not a good first impression for being my first time there. I received a call 15 minutes after my appointment time to be told Kimberly was running late to wait 15-20 minutes. I received a second call saying I would need to reschedule. Not a good feeling. Or if I would like I could leave all my personal tax documentation and slide it under the door. WTH? I left and was called by Kimberly 2 hours later. She did apologize and asked me to give them a second chance. If I did go back I would receive a good discount on my tax preparation. I did go back, why? During our 20 minutes ordeal and in the middle of a conversation between I and Kimberly she decides to answer her cell phone and cut me off after that she decides to step out of her office and talk to another client. Lastly, she charged me $150 for very basic and simple taxes and she never mentioned anything about the discount she had offered 2.5 hours ago. Would not go back or recommend. I will use Turbo Tax next year.

If you aren't "wealthy" according to Kimberly's standards your money is "measly" she was rude disrespectful and hung up on me after she messed up my taxes..... I called several times was told to be patient. Until I did the work for her and went to the IRS DIRECTLY. She messed up so bad they gave me a advocate. So please don't waste your according to Kimberly straight from her mouth "measly money" with her. She doesn't follow up. Tried to redirect blame and clearly can't keep track of her clients and discussions she has had with them. I called her several times with no call back. And when I did finally speak to her she said be patient..... yeah I would never have gotten them if I listened to her. Save your "measly money" go to anyone else do you can be treated with respect especially in a pandemic.... Not ok and I'll never do business with anyone who thinks my money is "measly money" she isn't for regular people obviously.She took zero responsibility for her being a "tax expert" claiming I didn't have all my information yet When I reached out magically she has everything? Don't waste your time and money. She is rude and disrespectful

I paid for taxes that weren’t don’t until 3 years later when the state sent threatening letter to me. But I’ll be discussing the penalties with a judge. I would not recommend this place. I was referred and the person that referred me no longer go here.
