I was driving on 290 West at 7:30 am on 08/02/2024 traveling in the right lane at approximately 50mph when a Door Pro truck passed me traveling on the shoulder at approximately 60mph. Plate number 2981237. They obviously have zero concern for public safety.

Absolutely Awful! We’ve had nothing but problems with this company since the very beginning. We were connected to this company through Costco.. They sent two men out who said it would take 2 hours to do, however took the majority of the day to get our door only partly installed. We were told someone would come the next day, however then we were called and told that that wasn’t possible and someone would come the day after. No one came and we then were told it would be Monday that someone would be there, we were left without a working Garage Door for 3 days. My husband had taken off of work for two of the 3 days they were here trying to install a Garage Door that should have taken 2 hours to do! Monday came and 2 more men came to our home to “fix the problem they did” (their quote). They spent about 2 hours taking the Garage Door down and putting the Garage Door back up. 2 nails were left exposed on the top outside which I told them they needed to fix. Then they go to leave and tell me that they “can’t find a screw that they need”, so they need to come back the next day, needless to say we WEREN’T HAPPY! Tuesday the 2 men returned and installed the screw. We thought we were done and the Garage Door seemed to be ok. Flash forward 1 month and now our Garage Door had fallen off the track!! We can’t get out of our Garage, and my Husband will lose another day of work! This is absolutely unacceptable!
Update 6/15/24: The Manager (Wes) of DPA came out and “fixed” our issues, we’ll see if they last. I’ll give it a couple more weeks, as the door came off the track a couple weeks after it was installed last time, it better not happen again!

Brian did a great job installing our garage door today. He was very professional, focused, and knowledgeable. He worked hard, gave estimates of how long the work would take, and cleaned everything up perfectly. I am very happy with the door and the work he did.

* Started conversations sales representative at Door Pro American (Amarr's installer and distributor) on August 24th, 2023 * He explained all doors are custom ordered * September 5th 2023, I paid $3,070 * October 20, 2023 I had to call Door Pro American to see when door would come * November 20, 2023 was to be the day they were going to install. They showed up with a dented door * January I called again to see when door would be in * Received called door that came in was damaged, so they have to order another one. * No one contacted me after Jan, so when I called they set a date for March, 2024 (6 months later) * March 4th - Installer called to come replace panel, and had no idea we needed a new door, no installation happened * March 5th the installer showed up with one panel being the wrong size * Now 6 month later, I have no door
