Ads for phone promotions take out a Samsung A23, they force you to pay insurance for 12 months of $8 dollars, with a mandatory $60 dollar plan, after 6 months you can opt for a $40 + 8 mandatory insurance plan, which in In real life you pay $48 and if you go to the office you pay $52 with the damn insurance. Something is not right in this company, this happened to me 2 months in a row, I paid for my plan with the boos one application, with automatic payment and I was without service, I had to go pay $72 dollars in an office, I have the $60 plan, they charge you $8 mandatory insurance +$4 payment in office, the refund of the application payment arrives whenever they feel like it, 7 to 14 days, I had another negative experience with the $72 payment section, I was 3 days without being able to receive a call or respond, alone WhatsApp, until I had to go to the office again for 1 hour and a half there I wasted my time until I found out. I was really disappointed with this company until I left bye

The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.

Horrible place period I bought 2 phones on a family plan, decided to pay the first month off on my phone, I was never notified that I had to make the payment on a specific phone which I didn't know, now my account is suspended but there's somehow an 80 dollar balance on my phone but no service apperently I have to call customer service to switch the funds over cause they cant do that in store, terrible policy, boost mobile truely does make it easy to switch cause once my funds go through correctly I'm switching to metro, currently I've been on hold on two seperate occasions for longer than and hour and a half and while on hold the call hangs up and you have to call again and start the waiting all over

Stopped in after speaking with one v of the workers about changing a phone over and it was a whole other situation when I got there. Need to be more informed of what they tell the customer and being a bit more friendly to ALL customers wouldn't hurt since their Spending their more which keeps them a job. It's called corner service.

They are scammers they over charged me for an activation fee I was supposed to had got the activation fee for an supposedly discount of 10 and they charged me 25 and didn't give me an refund. And they have very poor customer service the lady that rung me up had an attitude the whole transaction if u plan on saving money with good service I would highly recommend choosing another boost store in your area
