it’s a shame State Farm chose this shop as a select service shop. Poor customer service. They had my car sitting for a month at their shop to “fix it”.. then called the day before it was supposed to be done to let me know it was going to be a total loss.

They do good work, but are expensive and backed-up. I was also shocked at the condescending attitude I got when on the phone with them. It actually made me go to another repair shop.
