Let me start by saying this dealership is a hidden gem! I live all the way in Columbia, MO, but I found the perfect truck online at Roger Jennings Chevrolet in Hillsboro, IL. I gave them a call, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful in scheduling a test drive. The drive was worth every mile!
Everyone at the dealership was fantastic, but I especially want to recognize Greg, my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and absolutely not pushy. He just wanted to make sure I found the right truck, and there were no high-pressure sales tactics involved.
Kenny, the general manager, was also amazing. He went above and beyond to get me the best financing rate possible. The finance person was equally fantastic - friendly, professional, and efficient. They even stayed late after closing to finalize the paperwork and ensure everything went smoothly.
This is the kind of service you dream of getting at a car dealership. They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile. Not only did I find the perfect truck at a fair price, but the entire experience was exceptional. I will definitely recommend Roger Jennings Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I can confidently say I'll be back for my next truck purchase as well! Went in for routine maintenance, asked them to check a sound I was hearing. They found issue and scheduled it yo be fixed under warranty, have brought the issue up at 2 other dealerships prior and been told there was nothing wrong. Excellent work and don't screw you around.

I took my 10 year old car in for an oil change and asked for them to find the noise in the right rear. No other garage has been able to detect for over a year and they fixed it in one day.

Right Axle Seal fixed. Driver side caliper replaced. Waiting time was acceptable. The price was competitive. Courtesy was good.

Went for my first oil change this weekend. Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule, but the actual appointment was quick and easy. I was met with a smile as soon as I walked in and left with a shiny car when they finished. We have been very pleased with Roger Jennings!
