Came for my Covid & flu vaccines. It took them quite a while to get us entered into the system. The staff was nice. Getting the shots were easy peasy. Perused the aisles & picked up a few things. Being in a wheelchair I did notice that the floors were a bit dirty. Also being in a wheelchair, the credit card machine, while I could reach it, because it's stationary it's hard to read the display. Maybe a suggestion to corporate to have these swivel for accessibility.

Manager on duty was rude to my mother. She was buying pepperoni dog treats and was told they couldn't sell them and my mother asked why and manager was called to answer. He was very rude responding and did not answer her question. Why the item wasn't pulled from the shelf if it couldn't be sold. After looking up online there was an issue with this item. Manager should of known this or should of at least of given a nice response besides how he handled it. Corporate is getting notified about his actions.

This Walgreens is terrible! They have lost my prescription when I stood in line and handed it to them. I'm on hold and get disconnected. They run out of medicine and tell me everyday that it will there the next day....then it's not. Different people all the time. Hate this place. Switching to CVS today.

Truly one of the best Walgreens I've shopped at! I had a very time-sensitive project I needed to have done by the photo department, and one of their employees, Jorge, helped me out tremendously. I couldn't have done it without him.

I'm not the type to write reviews on places because I don't think it's usually that deep. But the old woman that works here (she might be manager idk) is incredibly racist and rude. When my sister approached her to ask if they had a face lotion this woman immediately replied with "WE DONT CARRY MEXICAN BRANDS"... ma'am we were looking for a L'Oréal lotion... anyways. On multiple instances, this woman constantly makes racist remarks towards people of color. Specifically Hispanics. She goes as far as following them around the store, I guess suspecting they're going to steal ? She's terrible overall. I don't ever look at her name tag but if I ever go back, I'm definitely remembering it. It's sad people still don't understand that doing this while working in customer service IN A VERY diverse neighborhood isn't okay at all. She has got to go.

A little puzzled by earlier comments from others here. Been getting my prescriptions here for years. The regular pharmacists, Kelly and Paul, have always been friendly, professional, and very accommodating, as have all of the rest of the pharmacy staff. Furthermore, when I've had billing and insurance questions, they've invested quite a bit of time and effort in helping me sort things out. The front end and floor crew have, likewise, always been friendly and helpful. I wind up in the store a couple of times a week and have never witnessed any negative behavior. Biggest negative from my perspective is Walgreen's corporate policy of requiring a loyalty card to receive sale prices - seriously no bueno.

Do not ever shop at this location especially if you're a minority. There's a lady in there who is racial towards minority and especially to teenagers. My kids went there with friends to look for costumes and this lady asked if they were buying, the kids says yes and this lady replied "no you are not so pls leave", she then came back again and told them, "you guys can't understand me, am I speaking in Chinese". To top it off I confronted her and she acknowledge what she did and dint even get an apology. WHAT AN AWFUL LADY!!!!!
