PFT is an awesome place to workout. The gym is clean, spacious and has great coaches. The workouts are tough, but you can go at your own speed.

Excellent coaches, top notch facility, great community, on a daily - well planned CrossFit WODs, they even have an awesome certified nutritionist! I have gotten strong results with simple consistency. Must select as your local CF gym asap.
