Today i went there, they check my back right passenger tire that has giving me problem and seal it. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. “I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.
I will be using GreatWater from this point on for my auto service needs.”

“It’s a bit far from my home but I always come to this location because of the staff and communication they offer. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted and welcomed. The wait was a bit long but I understand. George was extremely wonderful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle which was really nice. Overall you have a great, kind and respectful staff.

“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”

August 2024. Part 2 of my review. My car had a major breakdown. All of the above still applies. It would not surprise me if the collective, professional experience here exceeds 100 years. “I was having warning message to reduce speed so the air condition didn’t have to work as hard during high heat/humidity day. Steve P. encouraged me to bring in the car next day to have it checked out. Good thing I did because the fan & module literally died in front of the mechanic. Even though Steve said they didn’t have a loaner, he was able to come up with a car for me. The air conditioner was fixed in a few hours & I had my car back on the same day in the afternoon.”

“I had a wonderful experience with this shop. Not from area had an accident so had my car towed to nearest shop. So glad how everything went so smooth. Had to replace my whole left side front suspension and axle. I hit a curb. Zole took care of everything with my insurance and i was so surprised at the price. I feel he left money on the table especially since working with my insurance. I felt Zole to be very trustworthy and have had zero issues with my repairs. I wish he was closer to my home.
