Clean, friendly. I read the review upset over machine drink prices? Really?? It's a laundromat.. a terrific laundromat. Great size machine options. Thank you for efforts! Love the machines. I bring larger size items to clean. Awesome.

First time and last time HERE! I went ahead and used one of the $3.50 machines to wash my clothing items. Its supposed to be a total of 29 minutes washing. Which was not the case at all. I keep a timer on my phone and by the time it was done it had inly been 18 minutes washing. Didnt make a big deal until i removed my clothes and they were full of soap and soaked in water. I eent ahead and showed the "OWNER" what happened very politely. She went ahead and started yelling that it was my fault and she couldn't do anything. That I meeded to rewash it w no soap. I said its fine I'll just rinse it in the sink. She said absolutely not. That i had to repay a machine to rinse. Said if i wouldn't have put a MISERABLE softner it would've "cut the soap" whatever that means. Thats why im giving this place 1 star . I wouldn't recommend anyone to spemd their money here. It seems like its part of the scam. Do you can pay more to rewash or more to dry your clothes. Sadly very unprofessional

Clean and convenient. Parking is a little hard. If you park far and want to use a cart to carry your clothes, there is not a ramp in the curb. There is a parking in the rear, but you will need to carry your stuff upstairs. Service is good.

Phenomenal service. Great pricing and fast service. The gentleman in the back was extremely knowledgeable and helped me out a ton. I'm from out of town and this place should be a go-to. 5 star. Highly Recommend.

Three washer sizes, smaller one starts at $3.00, next at $3.25, and largest $5.25 (can fit four bushels/baskets, at least that's what the picture on the machine displays). Dryers are $.25/10 minutes. It's a split level building and they have dryers in both areas. Lots of plants too.

I will be without a washer and dryer for a month. I discovered Ana's in Highwood. It is a great spot to do your own laundry. They have many machines available. They also have a wonderful drop off service. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job! It will also be great for larger items like comforters and blankets. The owner and her daughter are very hard working, kind and helpful! I had a great first experience and will be a regular for the next month! It is clean, bright and very easy to use.I highly recommend!
