I purchased a new vehicle over the past weekend and had a great experience at this dealership. My salesman Chad was great to work with and made everything simple and easy.

These people are the best! We had a problem with our Transit Van RV. The service dept and Tracy got on right away found the problem and fixed it. The important item was their diesel department was booked two weeks out and they immediately help us out! Oh, and as we waited Randy sold us a new Mustang! Wonderful people.
Thank you Scott for being you.

No follow up after sale (3 mo) and not a lot of time spent going all the Lariat vehicle features. Vehicle has no quick reference user guide - talk about cheap. If you don't have access to network, your kind of out there on your own.

I drove two hours to see a truck. It was raining and they pulled into the service bays early in the afternoon so it be dry for us to have a look. Ryan and Richard stayed two hours pass close on a Friday night. It was truly a pleasure to do business here. I highly recommend you visit these guys for your next purchase.

Came in with KBB quote. They looked at truck. Listed a bunch of stuff “wrong.” Took off a lot. Said no thank you. Looked at their KBB report. Said I needed breaks and rotors. Just bought those in June and had receipts. Also my tires and rims were all different sizes. They were the same ones I had when the vehicle first came from the factory. And had newer tires that were just replaced. And large chips and marks on hood and roof. Some small wear and tear on the hood, yes. But just normal paint chips. Nothing on roof. Took it to car max, they gave me the exact KBB quote without knowing what it was. And also did a thorough full inspection. I even showed them the made up KBB report Lou Fusz made. So they would check those. Said it was in great shape. Don’t bother with the typical car sales guys at Lou Fusz. Buyer/seller beware!

we had trouble from day one! Financing was a joke then to move forward with the purchase. The day after we bought our vehiclethe check engine light came on. we took it to them and they said it was fixed. Cam shaft sensors was supposed to be the issue. the engine light came back on the same day we took it back. we called them and they said drive it until the light stays on Continuously. So we did and when we call them It just turn into a back-and-forth game. They assured us it would go under the 15 day warranty when we first bought it. Which they are not honoring. We took it to a different ford dealer They did a diagnostic came up with cam Shaft sensors again but sings how they new. They had been replaced. They did further investigation to find out. It was the wiring harness now. lou fusz of highland Absolutely refuses to take care of the problem when I ask for a number. Of someone out of that office above them. They refuse to give it to me. I will be calling channel two news. If you do not want a huge headache, do not purchase anything from this particular dealership!!!!

Repair needs were a little stressful at first, but once issues were addressed and repairs made, the dealer went the extra mile to make this customer happy. Mission accomplished.

Called to see what was happening to my radio. Asked what the price would be for them to look. They kept shirting around the question, said they would look at it. Again what will it cost. Never was given an answer till I picked it up. $180. Seems pretty price. And that was not included in then quote I received. Said it would be about 2 hrs. 5 hours later. Sorry not sorry will not be back.

Great place! Vanessa the young lady in service kept me informed and helped me out when I had to bring my truck in from another mechanic who had screwed it up. She kept me up to date on what was going on and documented everything I asked her to document and take pictures of. They got my truck taken care of and fixed properly. Highly recommend them, and Vanessa as well!

Good morning "owner"Just an update for you..Your service manager, Adam, at the Highland store was so upset about my review, that he left a phone messenge informing me that Lou Fuze of Highland will no longer service my vehicles. I sent him an email asking if they would still honor the word of your service personnel for some warranty work that was never completed and some maintenance on a separate vehicle we purchased from your company that was supposedly fixed on a prior trip to your shop, but was not fixed. As of today, I have received no correspondence stating they would honor their word or if I just need to kick rocks. As a 20 year customer of the Highland store, (formally Tri Ford), I found this voice mail to be not only unprofessional, but very unpersonal as well. For a dealership in a small farming and closely family related community, it sure doesn't feel that your advertising, statements, and ads where you preach about customer service and wanting to be a part of the community have any truth to them at all. So maybe you should warn customers when YOUR COMPANY SENDS a survey asking for honest feedback, and Lou Fuze of Highland doesn't get the desired response, the customer may get an impersonal voice-mail from your service manager informing them to take their vehicles elsewhere and Lou Fuze of Highland do not need the business. I appreciate your time.So disappointed yet again with Lou Fuze of Highland. Be careful and be sure to check the work they charge you for.We as a family, have really tried to keep our vehicle maintenance local here in town. Lou Fuze is making it extremely difficult to do that with their constant mistakes, failures, and forgetting to complete tasks that are paid for, along with other issues.Out of the last 6 visits, 1 was extremely positive (only after having to track down management for a day and a half) nevertheless, it was a positive experience. With that said, the other 5 have been extremely frustrating, issue after issue with the service department. The "sorry we missed that", "that should have been done", "can you bring it back in so we can fix it" just is getting too old.We have been doing business at this location for 3 generations. All of us , as a family, were sad to see the "out with the old", yet excited for the "in with the new" (ownership). However, with the constant mistakes, we are sad to say, looks like we will be either going across the street for maintenance or out of town.Again, just some words of advice, be sure you know what you are having done, be sure to check and make sure they did everything you were charged for, and for gosh sakes, make sure the charges are correct. Good luck.
