“This place is convenient. The workers and customers are all polite and nice. When I mail things from this location, they get where they're going quickly. That's because any time they're not waiting on customers, they're sorting and sending your mail.The person at the window is also quickly and efficiently able to tell me the best and cheapest way to send an item, what comes with that service and the approximate delivery date, which has never been wrong yet.”

“I just want to thank everyone working here for being amazing and awesome. I know some mornings I come first thing on my way from work. Because I'm using a vehicle that's borrowed. Its a little bit more difficult to walk up there on the days its cold with my little girl. She is on the spectrum and enjoys coming in during the summer with me. This morning I had a lady filling in who got really rude and belligerent with me when I asked her if I had any packages. I was kind of upset because it was just a question. And the fact she let me know it was a major inconvenience to ask this early. That I should have known to come up later. So instead of this being a negative experience. I just want to thank everyone who has been more than accommodating to our little community. You all have always been friendly and outstanding in making sure to get our packages when we need them. “I was weak and unable to stand up on my walker to wait for the VanGo bus to pick me and my homemaker back up for me to return home. My homemaker asked for a stool for me to sit down in the lobby, and the postal worker provided me one to sit on until the bus came.”

“I used to live in the city of St. Louis. Highland post office is so very good compared to the city. I have never experienced a problem with Highland post office and the people are very nice. the city post offices are awful”
