Super helpful staff, a nice place to shop. My only coveat would be that you have to watch prices. I ordered 2 calipers for my car for $340. Thought I better look around some more. Found OEM calipers from Rock Auto for about $140. If certain items seem insanely expensive here, it may very well be because they are.

Was in town this evening, and I needed a headlight bulb. Two very helpful young men got the part I needed quickly and changed it right there in the parking lot. They were fantastic!

I called the store around noon and was answered by a mumbling employee. I could barely understand what he was saying, he was also talking and having another conversation with other people in the store maybe other employees. Due to him talking to other I had to repeat my question about 5 times.Only bad experience I had at this store.

Stopped to get new headlights for my car. As I'm scanning the Q code to look up what bulb I needed the attendant asked what I needed. He stepped up and looked it up quickly and I selected an option. The attendant stepped outside to find that the bulb access was in front of the wheel. He quickly changed it out and I was on my way. I didn't need the excellent assistance he provided but appreciated that he did it without my asking. Great friendly service you don't see often these days. Earned my continued business.

Poor customer service, they do NOT check for items on shelf even though they stated on phone they have part. Called out employee about lying about part in stock when i received text stating order was ready to be picked up. Employee threw money back at my daughter when she went to get refund since part wasn't actually looked for.

Our O'Reilly's here in town has really gone down hill with the people they allow to work behind the counter. And when they make a mistake & are called on it, the young tall skinny male (very specific so no other males are blamed) likes to throw things at female customers, in front of their children at that. Do better Highland.
